2. Must order online using the PICK UP ONLY tab.

3. To check your points balance email Info@flavaonline.com

4. Points expire every 60 days from when you sign up

5. You can gain points by spending a value of $10 or $15 at a time. it will not be rolled over to your next purchase:( Ex: Total amount of $11.50, ONLY $10 will be counted.)

6. $10 = 3 points & $15 = 5 points / $20 = 6 points & $30 = 10 points. Max of $30 per purchase.

7. Once you receive a total of 25 points I will send you a $10 off coupon code on any purchase for Pick Up Only!
